Rummaan MShop Consumer Policy & Terms of Use

Welcome to Rummaan MShop. This Consumer Policy (“Policy”) forms a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Rummaan LLP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the creator and operator of the Rummaan MShop mobile and web applications. This Policy governs your access to and use of our platform globally across all supported countries, cities, and regions.
1. Platform as an Intermediary Medium
Rummaan MShop is strictly an online marketplace, technology infrastructure, and intermediary medium. We provide a platform that enables independent third-party merchants, service providers, and sellers (“Vendors”) to list products, rentals, and services, and independent buyers (“Consumers”) to discover and purchase them. Rummaan LLP does not sell, rent, manufacture, provide, or deliver any products or services listed on the platform.
2. Independent Contractual Relationship
When a transaction occurs (including purchases, rental bookings, service bookings, or delivery requests), the contract is formed directly and exclusively between the Consumer and the Vendor. Rummaan LLP is not, and shall not be deemed, a party to any contract, transaction, or relationship between Users. We act solely as a passive venue for communication and have no control over the terms, conditions, pricing, or execution of any transactions.
3. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction:
- No Verification or Endorsement: Rummaan LLP does not inspect, verify, control, endorse, or guarantee the existence, quality, safety, legality, truthfulness, accuracy, or suitability of any listings, Vendor profiles, products, or services.
- Transaction Risks: You assume all risks associated with dealing with other Users. Rummaan LLP disclaims all liability for any transaction failures, non-performance, payment disputes, or issues with quality, quantity, description, delivery, or legality.
- Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Rummaan LLP, its partners, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or transactions.
4. Software Imperfection & Disclaimer of Liability for Bugs
You explicitly acknowledge that the Rummaan MShop application and its underlying software are human creations and, as such, cannot be entirely error-free or perfect. Rummaan LLP provides the platform and all software services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind. Rummaan LLP, its partners, developers, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any software bugs, service interruptions, system downtime, data loss, server failures, security vulnerabilities, inaccuracies, or software imperfections. By using the platform, you accept all risks associated with software execution and agree that you will not hold Rummaan LLP liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from software bugs or system anomalies.
5. Indemnification
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rummaan LLP and its officers, partners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, obligations, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of this Policy; (b) your transactions or interactions with other Users; or (c) your violation of any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
6. Local Laws and Compliance
This platform operates globally. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws, rules, license requirements, and tax obligations applicable to their transactions in their respective countries and cities.
